You have free round-the-clock access to our on-line calendar and catalogues.
Our auction managers, and the experts with whom PIASA works, are available to answer all of your questions regarding
the lots that we have received for auction. Please do not hesitate to contact us.
All of the lots that we have received for auction may be viewed at public exhibitions at Drouot-Richelieu on the day preceding the sale,
as well as the morning of the auction itself.
For prestige auctions, a selection of the most beautiful lots is exhibited at PIASA for several weeks before the sale.

There are several ways to bid.
Attend the auction
You are very welcome to attend all of our public auctions. We look forward to seeing you in our auction rooms at
the date and time indicated in the auction calendar. Please make a visible sign to the auctioneer when you wish to bid.
The auctioneer will designate the bidder who has made the best offer as the purchaser of the lot. Sold !
Leave a purchase order
Up to 24 hours before an auction, you may send us an absentee bidding form on which you
should indicate the lots that interest you and the maximum amount of your bid (excluding costs). This absentee bidding form
will be quickly processed for validation.
The auction manager will contact you very soon after the sale to inform you of the auction results for the lots you wished to purchase.
By telephone during the auction
Would you like to bid by telephone? Send us a request for telephone bidding at least 24h before
the sale. This purchase order will be quickly processed for validation.
One of our auction staff will ring you on a number of your choice during the sale and convey your bids to the auctioneer.
You will immediately know if you are the last bidder and therefore the purchaser of the lot.
Bid live via your computer
PIASA offers you the possibility of following an auction live via your computer and bidding at any moment.
You may send us a request for online participation at least 24 hours before the auction that interests you.
You will be able to access the live broadcast of the auction (video and sound), following the validation of your request.
Your bids will be sent to the auctioneer immediately and you will be informed straight away if you have succeeded in
acquiring the desired lots.

PAY FOR YOUR PURCHASES
All successful bidders who have left purchase orders or made telephone bids will receive an invoice by post indicating
the amount (inclusive of VAT) to be paid.
Pay for your purchases in the auction room :
- by debit or credit card: Visa-MasterCard
- by cheque drawn on a French bank account
- by bank transfer
- up to €3,000 (inc. premium) for French citizens or professionnal activities.
- up to €15,000 (inc. premium) for foreign non professionnal citizens upon presentation of valid proof of identity.
COLLECT YOUR PURCHASES
You may collect your purchases from the auction room or from our premises, according to your pre-sale instructions.
We are also happy to arrange shipment (at your own cost) of lots, both within France and abroad.
